Lindsay + Doug Wedding, 3 Jul 09, part 2

Wow what a party. I was really impressed with the energy of this group, and it all started with the fun, relaxed and playful attitudes of Lindsay and Doug. The ceremony and reception were held at the Italian American Community Center in Greece, a great facility for weddings with a cool balcony overlooking the reception hall. I also gotta give props to the DJ who did an excellent job- Joe Quatela at Q Music Productions- and I never give props to other vendors, so that's saying something! I had a great time photographing these guys and gals, and am proud to show off the fruits of my labors. And thanks to my speedy new computer, I finished processing this wedding in 2/3rds the time, even though I had 1350 photos to go through (when I normally shoot 800-1200)!

Well, onto the photos.. enjoy, and feel free to comment below!

I dared them to kiss... much to my surprise they did it! Hilarity!

Mamma and her daughter

The lovely bride Lindsay (or is it Linsay LOL)

She stole all the mints from the bathroom? What?

Lots of happy tears at the ceremony

This was totally them :) I told them they were done and I was packing up my gear after the group formals

Lindsay's father passed away recently, and this was the father-daughter dance. An emotional moment for family... I felt sympathy for their loss.

On to the reception antics!

Tribute to MJ, a full dance to "Billie Jean" by one of the groomsmen

Kick your heels up and shout!

Some details from the day:

Fun with sparklers outside

Had to sneak in a sort-of-astrophoto, and an attempt at an HDR image (something I need some practice with.. I don't shoot landscapes often)
