I was so honored to close out my 2012 wedding season with Krista and Pat. They and their family and friends were so much fun.. it makes my job easy as a wedding photographer. They held their ceremony at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Webster, NY. We headed to the lakeside for some awesome portraits, then headed to their hoppin reception at the Italian American Community Center in Rochester (as of the publishing of this blog post, the IACC’s website has music that auto-plays, be warned 
The ladies prepared themselves in the basement of the church in Webster, where I was able to document some great moments.

Since Krista and Pat came from New Jersey, they were unable to do an engagement shoot with me. Krista’s grandmother couldn’t make the wedding. They planned a visit to her nursing home in Syracuse the next day, and for their ‘engagement’ photos we did a mini-family portrait session. The whole event was so very touching. Krista’s grandmother was deeply moved by the gesture of seeing her son walk Krista down the aisle and in her wedding gown, even though she couldn’t make the ceremony the day before.
