The DJ at the reception was someone I worked with in the past– very professional and does excellent work as a DJ- Joe Quatela at Q Music Productions – and I had recommended him to Teri. It was a pleasure to work with him again (albeit briefly, since Teri and Brad chose my coverage times to end when the dancing started).

Sneak in a family portrait

One thing I always noticed with old family group photos (and yearbook/activity group photos) is that often in the small print sizes it’s hard to discern faces. So, I always shoot group shots two ways– wide to show the whole person, and close up, like below, to show everyone’s faces.

Onto the reception.. some details:

Everything had a purple theme.. many of the guests dressed in purple or purple/lavender accents (vests, ties, shoes etc)

Paparazzi

This was funny. The man on the right had jokingly told Teri to “go away!”. This was her reaction ![]()

After dinner, the father-daughter dance

And the anniversary dance to round out the evening

Thanks for a fun time- all the guests were really friendly and I had an
easy time with everyone. May your marriage be blessed.
